Oh, we loved this winter wedding so much 🙂 Lauren and Jonathan got married the weekend of the Bomb Cyclone and I was completely preparing myself to take all photos indoors!! Much to my surprise (and delight!) these two and their incredible wedding party were up for photos outside and it made for the most beautiful start to our 2018 season!!
I absolutely loved all the rich berry tones and lush florals mixed with this industrial space. With it’s diverse and multi level interior, huge outdoor space, and iconic views of downtown Manhattan and Lady Liberty herself, Liberty Warehouse is easily one of our favorite places to shoot!!
Lauren and Jonathan have been together for most of their lives (for reals, though) and documenting their beautiful, comfortable, and loving relationship was such a joy for us- if any two people are meant to be together, it’s these guys 🙂 So much love to them and their families!
One of my favorite photos of the day… these girls were COLD- but such troopers for Lauren! Girlfriends are the best 🙂We’ve seen a lot of toasts over the years – but Lauren’s sisters completely knocked it out of the park! They sang 4 (5? 6??) songs but changed the words to fit Lauren and Jonathan’s love story and it was the most incredible mix of humor, thoughtfulness, and sentiment – tears were definitely shed 😉

Amanda and Harry. I really love their love. It’s quiet, and kind, and just seems as though it’s truly meant to be. Photographing this union was such a privilege for us (and a seriously fun day!). When I first met these two lovebirds at their engagement session, I knew we’d have an incredible time working together!! They seem to handle life with a sense of ease and calm and that translates so seamlessly to their photos 🙂
Between the rustic and nature infused landscape and all of the thoughtful details incorporated, we loved this day and this couple so much! I couldn’t be more excited to finally share some images from this beautiful September afternoon…

I’ve said it before and I’ll just keep saying it again (and again, and again)… there really isn’t a bigger honor than being invited to document all of our clients most precious life moments. We had the privilege of capturing Michelle and John’s wedding and I absolutely loved catching up with them for their maternity session!! Can’t wait to meet their babe!!We took a couple photos for Michelle’s blog, Feeding an Italian! I definitely recommend checking it out- so many yummy recipes!!One of my favorite parts of this session was going back to their wedding venue and taking a few shots of them in front of this same backdrop we took portraits in front of on their wedding day!!
